1927 Stutz AA
In 1927 there was nothing quite like the "Safety Stutz". A gentleman that wanted strong performance that went hand in hand with the most up to date safety features looked straight to the Stutz Auto Company . Stutz had a double drop[ frame made possible by the new style rear end they designed and it allowed a lower center of gravity than others thus improving stability and handling. The Stutz had the famous Verticle Eight engine, a straight inline 8 cylinder 299 cubic inch that made a very respectable 95 HP with a ton of torque--enough to be classified a Hot Rod in 1927--Top speed of 100 MPH was promised--This car was tested at 80MPH shortly after restoration was complete.
